Membership Program can be cancelled at any time.

Dr. Yohn guarantees her time availability during the contract. Annual contracts can be cancelled after 90 days with a 30 day notice. There will be no discount given for the year contract if cancelled early.

Hourly sessions are paid in advance. A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation.

The client is responsible for the results of the mentoring. The client takes or does not take action, so the results depends on the efforts of the client.
