I had 2 amazing experiences recently…

The first was watching this heartwarming video…moved me in a few short minutes and continuing to reverberate in my thoughts…

The second was piloting a 150 passenger commercial jet…at night…over Las Vegas…and bringing it in for a safe landing…(actually a flight simulator)

Both experiences gave me insights…

1. The amazing ability of one person to make a big difference in a simple way…

2. The amazing ability of thousands of engineers, designers, fight crews, weather forecasters and and customer service personnel that give us the gift of travel.
