7.  Don't waste precious amounts of energy and time on negative thoughts and feelings.  Instead, make an effort to allow yourself to recognize the feeling for a moment, knowing that doing so doesn't mean you are that feeling or agree with that feeling, and then move on from it.  In this way you don't stuff feelings inside and let them fester, nor do you dwell on them endlessly.  For me, it feels refreshing and healthy and I'm happier day to day!</description>
